All payments made for astrology services (including reports, predictions, consultations, and subscriptions) are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or initiated.

Refunds May Be Considered Only If:

• The payment was charged twice for the same service.
• There was a technical error that prevented delivery of your report or access to a paid consultation.
• You were charged but did not receive the service within the committed time frame, and our support team confirms the issue.

Refunds Will Not Be Provided For:

• Change of mind after placing an order
• Dissatisfaction with predictions or advice
• Incomplete or inaccurate user details (e.g., wrong birth time)
• Delay in delivery due to incorrect contact information provided by the user

• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
